Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes when refunds are and are not available for paid Subscriptions to Invoiceness (the "Service"), operated by nerdy.pro ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Monthly Subscriptions, and
- Annual Subscriptions.
It does not apply to the free plan, which has no fees and therefore no refunds.
2. No refunds
All Subscription fees are non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
- partially used billing periods after cancellation,
- unused months remaining on an annual Subscription,
- Subscriptions cancelled because you no longer need or use the Service,
- accounts terminated or suspended by us under our Terms of Service (for example, breach of the Terms, fraud, or abuse), and
- periods of unavailability or interruption of the Service. We do not provide service credits.
Cancelling a Subscription stops the next automatic renewal. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are available only in the following situations.
3.1 Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you have been charged more than once for the same Subscription period, or if you have been charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full to your original payment method.
3.2 Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any right of refund, withdrawal, or cancellation that you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived by contract. Where such a right applies, we will honour it in accordance with the applicable law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a Subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
5. Plan changes
- Upgrade. If you upgrade your Subscription mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrade. If you downgrade your Subscription, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the difference.
6. How to request a refund
If you believe a refund applies under Sections 3.1 or 3.2, contact us at welcome@nerdy.pro with:
- the email address associated with your account,
- the date and amount of the charge, and
- a brief description of the reason for your request.
We will review your request and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, and the "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to Subscriptions purchased after the new version is published.
